Botica Timber Services is a New Zealand owned family business based in Henderson, West Auckland. We’ve been processing, machining and supplying timber since 1994, helping builders, architects, joiners, furniture makers and manufacturers across the country get their timber sorted. Custom Timber Machining for Your Project

Our custom timber machining service turns raw timber into the profiles and components your project needs. You might have a detailed drawing, an old sample or a production run to organise. We’ll work through the specifications with you and machine native or imported timber to suit. With modern planers, specialist tooling and in-house profile grinding, we can produce standard profiles or recreate existing designs with care and consistency.

Timber Processing and Kiln Drying in One Place

There’s plenty we can do before your timber leaves the yard, too. Our timber processing services include band re-sawing, sanding, dressing, laminating, end matching and oiling. We also offer kiln drying, using two 50-cubic-metre dehumidification kilns to carefully dry native and imported timber. Having several stages handled at one site means fewer calls, fewer trips and less organising on your end.

Timber Profiles and Mouldings for the Finishing Touches

Our timber product range covers weatherboards, decking, tongue and groove flooring, panelling, architraves, skirting boards, scotia and handrails. We also manufacture timber mouldings for interior and exterior use. Choose from standard designs or talk to us about a custom profile. When you’ve put plenty of thought into a project, the finishing details deserve their fair share.

Matching the Details in Bungalows and Villas

Working on an older home? You’ll know that finding a matching piece of trim isn’t always a quick trip down the road. Our bungalow and villa mouldings service helps builders, renovators and homeowners reproduce the details that give character homes their charm. From decorative trims to replacement weatherboards, we can help match original profiles and source suitable timber so the new work looks at home alongside the old.
