About Waterview
Waterview was substantially transformed by the SH20 Waterview Tunnel project (opened 2017) — completing the western motorway loop connecting SH20 with SH16 via twin road tunnels under the suburb. The infrastructure project reshaped local roading and created the Waterview Shared Path, a high-quality cycling/walking route connecting the suburb into the wider central-west cycle network.
